Know what you received and what remains on record
Keep prescription and supply dates, quantities and stock units with estimates based on recorded daily usage or injection history.
Separate issue and received dates
Record when a prescription was issued and when you received the supply. Count the units you actually hold, such as capsules, sachets, pumps or injections.

What a daily estimate represents
See an estimated run-out date from your recorded quantity and daily usage. Keep regular supplies and backup stock distinguishable, and check your actual stock when planning a refill.
New supplies and signed corrections
Use a signed adjustment to record a counted correction, loss or extra stock. Keep a note so the change makes sense when you review it later.
Recurring injections remain separate
For injections, the upcoming date follows your administration history and interval. Stock reminders stay visible on the dashboard; they do not place an order with your pharmacy.
Keep your treatment information together
A personal record, not a diagnosis or treatment recommendation.
