What the portal stores
Your account details and the health records you choose to enter: laboratory results, treatment, prescriptions, appointments, notes and documents. Sex, gender and pronouns are optional.
Who can access your workspace
You can access your own records. Authorised portal administrators can select a user workspace to assist with record management. Their actions are logged with both the administrator and the record owner. Documents require authentication and an ownership check.
Your controls
Export your data as JSON, download an archive including your documents, delete individual records, or delete your consumer account from Settings & privacy. Treatment changes preserve earlier regimens.
Local development
This installation is a local development preview. It contains labelled demonstration records. Account emails are written to a private local mail folder. Do not use real health data until the production privacy, security and operational review is complete.
Before a public service launches
The operator must publish their identity and contact details, purposes and legal bases for processing health information, retention periods, processors, international transfer arrangements, complaint routes and rights procedures. This preview notice does not establish those decisions.
Cookies and search engines
A necessary session cookie keeps you signed in. No advertising or analytics cookies are included. Authenticated pages and account-access pages are marked noindex. Public introductory pages can be indexed.
A personal record
Hormone Ledger records information you supply. It does not diagnose, prescribe or recommend treatment changes.
